How To Use: 

Ensure skin is clean and well-hydrated. Apply liquid highlighter using two fingers. For an all-over radiant look, apply evenly and blend with foundation using a brush or pad. To use as an strobing highlight, apply face illuminator liquid to a targeted area and blend into skin with your fingers.
